If you're contacting us about a sick or injured animal, please see a qualified exotic-animal vet directly rather than waiting on an email reply — this site cannot diagnose or treat your pet, and email response time is never fast enough for an urgent situation. The diagnose tool can help you judge urgency while you're arranging a vet visit, but it isn't a substitute for one.
Found an error in a sourced husbandry figure, or a source that's since been updated? We take accuracy seriously — send the correction and the updated source and we'll review it for the next refresh cycle. Include the specific species page and parameter (enclosure size, temperature, diet, etc.) so we can locate and verify it quickly.
Want a species added to the roster that isn't covered yet? Let us know which one and roughly how commonly it's kept — that helps prioritize which new species pages get researched next, alongside expanding the existing problem, disease, and food-safety coverage for species already published.
