By using ExoKeeper, you agree that the content on this site is educational information about exotic and small-pet care, not veterinary advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified exotic-animal veterinarian for any health concern involving your pet. This applies equally to the free species pages, problem guides, disease pillars, the diagnose tool, and every interactive calculator on the site.

Content is provided "as is." While every husbandry parameter is sourced and dated, animal care guidance evolves, and you should verify current best practice with a vet or up-to-date reputable source before making a significant husbandry decision. The interactive tools compute their results from the same sourced data as the species pages and carry the same currency caveats — a tool result is only as current as the underlying source it's drawn from.

The Custom Care Plan is a manually-fulfilled information product ($9.99, delivered by email within 24-48 hours), not a substitute for veterinary care, and is described in full on its own page before purchase. Orders are processed via Stripe; refund requests should be sent to the contact address on the contact page before the plan has been written and sent.

Donations made via the Support Us page are one-time contributions to the operation of the site, are not tax-deductible, and do not create any ongoing obligation or entitle a donor to any specific content or service beyond the site's normal free access.
